Momentive Performance opens at Hudson Valley iCampus

According to Hudson Valley iCampus, Momentive Performance Materials, Inc.(MPM), celebrated the opening of its 66,430 s/f innovation center located in Building 180 at the campus. The space consists of 38 co-located labs and office space designed to support the enhancement of product performance across a range of industry applications including: the agricultural, paint & coatings, and beauty and personal care markets.

Momentive moves into lab and office space in Rockland

The international silicones and specialty fluids company Momentive Performance Materials that operates at more than 40 locations in 20 countries has opened a 66,430-square-foot laboratory and office facility on the Hudson Valley iCampus at Pearl River in Rockland County. Momentive has its headquarters in Niskayuna, New York. The company provides silicones and related materials to various industries including agriculture, automotive, aerospace, electronics, and building and construction. It also offers various products for beauty and personal care such as shampoo, sunscreen, antiperspirants and deodorants.

Pfizer Leases 151,065 Square Feet On Hudson Valley iCampus

Biopharmaceutical giant Pfizer is expanding its footprint at Industrial Realty Group’s Hudson Valley iCampus in Pearl River. Pfizer has leased 151,065 square feet of manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and office space in multiple buildings for its science and biotech divisions, Industrial Realty Group has announced. Pfizer will use the space for its PGS division, which produces commercial antibody drug conjugates for Pfizer’s oncology business. Hudson Valley iCampus is a 2 million-square-foot, mixed-use, multi-tenanted property on 207 acres at 401 North Middletown Road in Pearl River. Tenants include ​​Pfizer, Sanofi US Services, Momentive Performance Materials, Auro Vaccines and Strides Pharma.

Pfizer commits to Rockland presence

A division of pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, Inc., has renewed and expanded its presence at the Hudson Valley iCampus in Pearl River with the signing of leases for a total of 151,069 square feet of space over the next five years. Pfizer’s Global Supply Division is adding 4,310 square feet to manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse and office space already occupied throughout the 207-acre, 2-million-square-foot campus. Jamie Schwartz, president of Hudson Valley iCampus, said, “Their decision to expand and renew in multiple buildings throughout the campus is a real vote of confidence.”
