Describe what you would consider to be ONE of your top career highlights:

I’m very proud of what we have accomplished in my first year as president of Hudson Valley iCampus in Pearl River, N.Y. Campus owner Industrial Realty Group brought me on board in 2021 and I’ve since rebranded and repositioned the 207-acre, two million s/f property into a premier life sciences, biotech and business campus that is now recognized as one of the New York region’s preferred locations for innovation, ingenuity and industry.

What leadership role outside of the workplace is most rewarding to you?

Being a senior student/instructor at Baxter Karate Dojo, a martial arts school in Yonkers, N.Y. I currently hold the rank of 5th degree black belt in Shima-Ha Shorin-Ryu and 2nd degree black belt in Yamanni Ryu Kobudo.

What advice would you give the next generation of leaders in your industry?

Technology has greatly changed the traditional workplace, even before the pandemic. Now, with Zoom, Teams, etc., meetings and remote work, it’s more important than ever to stay connected with your team and lead by example.
