@RepMikeLawler, newly elected U.S. Rep. for New York’s 17th congressional district and who is also from Pearl River, N.Y., toured Hudson Valley iCampus in Pearl River with Jamie Schwartz, campus President. “We are honored Congressman Lawler and his team were able to take time out of their busy schedules to visit and discuss all the exciting news and future plans for the campus,” Schwartz said.

Hudson Valley iCampus is a 207-acre property with 2 million rentable square feet of biomed, life sciences, manufacturing, warehouse and flex space. It also boasts a 23-megawatt central utility plant that produces electricity, steam and chilled water. Last week Schwartz announced that they have closed lease and renewal transactions totaling 337,589 sq. ft., with a value of more than $40 million. Schwartz also stated they are exploring amenity-based development at the property.
