Marie Originals Expands Operations On Hudson Valley iCampus In Pearl River

Marie Originals, an over-the-counter herbal manufacturer, has expanded its space on the Hudson Valley iCampus in Pearl River to increase research and development operations. Marie Originals, which started with 1,300 square feet, added 3,300 square feet. “The company growth will not stop there, as they aim to get about 12,000 square feet at the end of 2022 but currently focused on the most recent additional space,” said a company spokesperson. Pfizer $470M Rockland expansion

The Business Journals have learned that informal meetings have taken place between municipal officials and representatives of the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer on the company’s planned $470 million expansion of its Pearl River campus in the town of Orangetown in Rockland County. Pfizer has been in Rockland since acquiring Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in 2009 along with the buildings and acreage owned by Wyeth. In 2015, Pfizer sold 207 acres and 25 buildings at 401 N. Pfizer to Spend $470 Million to Expand Vaccine Operations

PEARL RIVER—Global pharmaceutical firm Pfizer Inc. reports that it will spend $470 million to expand its vaccine research and development operations here. As Bloomberg first reported, Pfizer confirmed to Real Estate In-Depth that it plans over the next three years to secure necessary approvals and expand and modernize its campus with a new 260,000-square-foot lab building.
